Anjana has extensive experience in the management of complex periodontal (gum disease) and peri-implant diseases and conditions. Anjana’s comprehensive clinical and academic background, alongside continual professional development, enable her to offer the latest evidence-based dentistry. Her approach is to tailor care to each individual’s specific needs and deliver minimally invasive treatment with predictable treatment outcomes. She accepts referrals from external dentists as well as our team at Chiswick for a wide range of periodontal procedures.
She graduated from King’s College London in 2012 and after completing her foundation training in Surrey, she worked as a Senior House Officer in the field of Restorative Dentistry and Oral Surgery at Guy’s Hospital. During this, she gained membership to the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and Postgraduate Diploma in Primary Dental Care at The University of Kent. Anjana has successfully completed a 4-year specialist training programme in Periodontology at King’s College London and is recognised as a specialist in Periodontics (for management of gum disease) by the General Dental Council.
Anjana is passionate about her speciality and has been actively involved with the British Society of Periodontology (BSP) as a Mono-speciality Representative of Early Career Group and has been awarded the BSP Fellowship Award. Currently she is Dental Speciality Ambassador for South East of England for the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
At The Dentist @ Chiswick we aim to ensure that the referred patient and the referring dentist are delighted with the quality of our clinical expertise and the level of care and attention given.
We will only carry out the treatment previously agreed with you. If we feel other treatments are necessary, this will always be agreed with you first.
After the initial consultation, patients are provided with a written treatment plan, a copy of which is sent to you.
No treatment is carried out without an estimate of fees given to the patient.
In the rare event where complications arise after the patient has been treated by us, we will always ensure that they immediately receive the remedial care they require.
We will always refer your patients back to your care immediately after the completion of treatment.
