Practice Update – Thursday 23rd July 2020

Treatments Return to Normal

Thank you for being patient with us during this transition period.

We are happy to be back in full force and with new additions to the team.

We are very lucky that all of our staff members have been mask test fitted with special respirators so we can provide treatments like normal. The hygienists have all be tested also but will remain hand scaling for now.

Specific appointment times have to be allocated for appointments that require the use of a drill so please understand that there will be limited availability during the week.

Special precautions have been taken throughout the practice such as the use of PPE and HEPA air filtration systems in reception and all the surgeries.

We kindly ask patients to wear a mask, however if you forget we can provide you with one. Patients are encouraged to arrive at the practice on time for their appointment and not earlier, patients will not be allowed inside until their temperate has been taken with our no touch thermometer.

Ralph and the team are very happy to be back and we look forward to seeing you all soon.
